My husband, young son and I stayed at Casagrande in July 2008 and couldn't have been happier with our accommodations. The cottage was spotless and pleasant, the nice-sized pool(clean, with comfortable lounge chairs) was a special treat for our child, and the setting among olive trees, fields and vineyards was lovely--plus lots of privacy though we shared the property with other parties. Best of all, the location is ideal and should not be underestimated--just a few minutes drive to Montepulciano! We've made numerous trips to Italy over the years, and prize locations that are somewhat removed but yet offer easy access to an appealing town, good restaurants, easy connections to major roads for day trips, etc. This had it all. We dealt with Giacomo, primarily, who couldn't have been nicer and more attentive and who went out of his way to help us. We would stay here again and will definitely recommend to friends and family.
